Based in Tokyo and London, ‘tamanaramen’ is an audiovisual unit formed by two sisters: Hana (visual artist) and Pikam (singer/producer). Initially, each sister pursued solo activities, but in 2021, they began their collaborative work as a unit.

Through a fusion of abstract soundscapes, whispering vocals, and visuals that depict skin textures and constant flows in unique colors, they create a one-of-a-kind world. Their music and visuals blend seamlessly across genres and scenes, transcending borders.

Despite their seemingly heavy name, ‘tamanaramen,’ the delicate music and visuals that find light in human loneliness and offer solace reflect the sentimental, introverted side of daily life and the extroverted side that roams the night dance floor.

Their experimental yet flexible and expressive creations feel like a testament to life itself.
