The Third Attack!

Spirit Possession’s 3rd Full Length Album will be out Summer 2026 from Profound Lore (CAN) and Sepulchral Voice (DE) Records.

Creating raw and erratic black heavy metal emerging from the old school origin depths, Spirit Possession’s schizophrenic, spiraling music explodes with razor thrashing guitars, blistering drum violence, commanding torturous vocals, and apocalyptic harsh noise.

Formed in 2019 by S. Peacock ( Black Curse / Ulthar / Mastery ) on Strings and Vocals, and A. Spungin ( Vouna / Ormus / Taurus ) on Drums and Handmade Synthesizers, Spirit Possession immediately released a ‘raw blistering torrent draped in first wave blood’ with their 2020 ‘S/T’ Album.
Further onward, 2023 saw the release of “Of the Sign…”, an even more sinister and violent black metal eruption. This was quickly followed by a heavy touring schedule of both Europe and North America.

Spirit Possession has performed all across North America, as well as European tours in 2023 and 2025. Festival Appearances include – Beyond The Gates (NOR) Fortress Fest (UK), Maryland Deathfest (US), Roadburn (NL), Party San Open Air (DE), Chaos Descends (DE), Horrid Days (MX), Covenant Fest (CA)
