Courtney and Robert Watkins, the Tulsa-born NYC-based duo behind Coatie Pop, are known for their dynamic live performances and soundhat combines 80’s synth and techno inspired dance tracks with ethereal folk ballads. Lovers since ninth grade, Coatie Pop is composed of Mr. Watkins’ bass, sound design, and beats, and Mrs. Watkins’ vocals, lyrics, guitar and energetic dance performances. The duo has toured across the United States as well as performing all over New York, supporting notable
acts such as Linea Aspera and Riki. With their self released album, Deathbed, amassing over 1 million
streams, Coatie Pop have recently released their second album, Unknown God, which emphasizes their sonic entrancement with techno, trance & Trip Hop
