Split System have rapidly established themselves as one of Australia’s most successful contemporary punk rock exports. Since forming in Naarm/Melbourne, the band have developed a substantial international profile through strategic touring, international label partnerships, targeted release campaigns and consistent audience growth across Europe, North America and the United Kingdom.
The band’s international development has accelerated significantly over the past four years. By the conclusion of their upcoming 2026 European tour, Split System will have completed four international tours in four years, including three European tours and a United States tour in 2024. This sustained export activity has enabled the band to transition from emerging international act status into a recognized touring artist with established
audiences across multiple territories.
Split System have established a strong reputation as a live act through an intensive touring schedule and consistently high-energy performances. With three European tours and one United States tour completed, the band have performed hundreds of shows, earning repeat invitations from promoters, venues and festivals across Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and North America. Their reputation for delivering powerful, uncompromising live sets has become a defining element of their continued international growth.
The band plan to return to Europe in 2027 in support of their forthcoming third full-length album Vol 3, following the highly acclaimed Vol 2 which catapulted the band to being one of the most recognized in their genre. Vol 3 is scheduled for release in early 2027 via Legless Records (Australia), Goner Records (USA) and Drunken Sailor Records (UK)..
